From the Domestic Terminal: Exit the terminal, and head up the escalators that take you onto the sky bridge. Exit to the right of the Air Train under the sign ‘Buses & Coaches A&B’, and proceed to Bus Zone B1/B2. From the International Terminal: After clearing customs, exit into the arrivals hall and turn left following the signs stating Bus/Rideshare/Shuttle. DO NOT follow the ‘Rental Car’ signs. Exit the terminal building, head down the ramp, turn left and make your way to the pickup area.
