From the baggage claim area go through customs. Before exiting customs area, the National rental counter is located on the left. If you happen to exit the customs area you will not be able to re-enter, but there is always an National agent in the passenger waiting area to walk you to the shuttle. Go to National counter and an agent will walk you to the shuttle bus, you will be taken to the National rental facility. Upon arrival to the facility, please proceed to the National counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.
