Exit the gate at Exit 8, cross the pedestrian crossing, and follow the "Car Rentals" and "Taxi, Rideshare & Shuttles" signs for about 5-7 minutes to Waiting Lane 5. Our shuttles, marked with our company name, arrive every 15-20 minutes. Remember to wave to the driver. You will take the free shuttle to our rental office to collect your rental car. Business hours (Mon - Sun, 8am-4:59pm): Contact us at 0800 842424 or +64 9 930 8271. After-hours (Mon - Sun, 5:00pm-7:59am): Contact Aeropark at 0800 237 672 or +64274144712. An out-of-hours service charge of NZD$45 applies. Please arrange after-hours pickups at least 24 hours before your arrival to ensure availability. Alternatively, you may choose to collect your rental car from our office next day during business hours.

Transporte en ferry: no permitido
Mint Rentals no permite llevar el vehículo de alquiler en ferry. Deberás devolver tu coche en un puerto y recoger otro después de cruzar a la otra isla. Se requiere un mínimo de 3 días consecutivos de alquiler en cada isla (si no se cumple la duración mínima de alquiler, entonces el alquiler se cobrará como dos contratos independientes).
