The company only provides shuttle service at the International Terminal. Please wait for the shuttle at the designated location at the International Terminal. Please find the Shuttle Bus sign on the first floor of the International Terminalat the airport. Then go straight to the right.After coming out of Exit A3, please take the sidewalk on the left. Please wait for the IX rental shuttle bus when you arrive at the “15 -Regular Vehicle ”shuttle station. The shuttle usually arrive 15 mibutes after you arvie the sopt. Free Service Hours: 08:00 – 19:00 (no extra charge). Chargeable Service Hours: 19:01 – 20:00 (a flat fee of 4,000 JPY per occurrence applies). Provided that the vehicle is returned undamaged and all fees are settled, the deposit will be fully and automatically refunded within 7 business days of return. If you choose the self-service pickup and return service, please note: Parking lot pickup is currently not available. All vehicle pickup and return procedures must be completed at our rental branch. We provide shuttle service between the airport and the branch. Please stay in communication with our customer service during your trip. Self-service pickup and return must be arranged during branch business hours.
