A deposit starting at 8,000 baht is required at our parking lot, which is approximately 4 kilometers from the airport. Please note that only credit card deposits are accepted. If you wish to transfer cash, a refund will take 7-14 days and is only applicable for Thai accounts. For non-Thai accounts, it may take 7-30 days for the credit limit to be automatically released back to your credit card. To report an accident immediately, please add our official Line (@haupcar) or WeChat. If you are not at fault, there will be no charge. However, if you are at fault or if there is no other party involved, you will need to pay CDW as specified on your voucher, starting at 8,000 baht and according to other conditions outlined in the contract.
