Please then go outside (Exit 4, second sidewalk) or, inside, go nearby the Meeting Point (close to Vodafone, a telecom shop, and Exit 4) case in that place, you can see a DRIVALIA assistant (depends on the time of the year and/or time of the day). Please wait for the shuttle to go to the auto facilities. In the meanwhile you can already check-in for the car: https://www.drivalia.pt/en/check-in-online – for faster processing at the desk (rental agreement). And can also check if the free DRIVALIA’s shuttle is already close-by: https://www.drivalia.pt/en/mobility-stores/lisboa-aeroporto/shuttle. At shuttle’s arrival, and with previous expeditious confirmation of the booking elements, you are conducted to the car station in order to pick up your automobile (auto facilities for car delivery and return is within the airport area, in a car rentals zone, about 5-7 min. away from the terminal).
